Rentals must be booked at least 48 hours in advance. We recommend that you book in advance to ensure vehicle availability.

Cancellation fees apply. Cancellation fees vary depending on the time of cancellation notice and the length of the rental period.

Cancellation 7 days before the pick-up date...10% of the total rental fee
Cancellation 3-6 days before the pick-up date...20% of the total rental fee
Cancellation 1-2 days before the pick-up date...30% of the total rental fee
Cancellation on the day of pick-up...50% of the total rental fee

The rental period is based on the start and end dates you select. Please return the vehicle on time. Late returns may incur additional charges.

If you need to extend the rental period, please notify us in advance and additional fees will be charged.

The average mileage you can drive on your rental car is 200 kilometers per day. If the mileage exceeds 30 kilometers, 6,000 yen will be charged, and an additional 200 yen will be charged for each additional kilometer.

Users must carefully read the vehicle information and rental terms before renting a car, and complete the rental transaction only after agreeing.

Car rental transactions require personal identification and payment method information, and users must ensure that the information provided is accurate.

All rental cars must be covered by our premium vehicle insurance. Premium insurance will include third party liability coverage and vehicle damage coverage.​

In the event of an accident, insurance money within the following amounts will be compensated.

Cases where the insurance compensation system is not applicable in the following situations:

• When not reporting to the police (when there is no proof of accident)
• Accidents caused by drivers who have not reported them to us
• Accidents caused by speeding driving
• Accidents caused by illegal racing behavior
• Accidents caused by driving without a license
• Accidents caused by drunk driving
• When an accident occurs and the scheduled rental time is exceeded and the car continues to be used without contact
• Other matters that violate the terms
  For example: When the key is left in the car due to personal negligence and is stolen

If the above situation occurs, the car rental guest must bear all liability for compensation and losses.

Events not covered by the insurance compensation system

1. Flat tire - The cost of repairing damaged tires, the cost of new tires and wages when the tires need to be replaced, and the cost of lost rims must be borne by the customer. If the wheels are damaged, Non Operation Compensation(NOC) will apply.

Non Operation Compensation  (NOC)

• During the rental period, if the vehicle needs to be repaired or cleaned due to accidents, theft, vehicle breakdown or damage, etc., the following expenses shall be borne by the customer to compensate for business losses.

If the vehicle is drivable and is returned to the store at the scheduled time, two days' rental of the vehicle will be charged.

If the vehicle cannot be driven and cannot be returned to the store at the scheduled time, fifteen days of vehicle rental will be charged.

Tenant is responsible for any vehicle damage or repair costs resulting from an accident. We will charge corresponding repair fees based on the extent and cause of the damage.​

glass burst

• If the glass burst is serious and the vehicle cannot be driven, please contact us immediately and we will arrange a towing service.
• If the glass burst is minor and does not affect normal driving, please notify us as soon as possible.

tire burst

• If you encounter a tire burst and park your vehicle on the side of the road or in a safe location, please contact us immediately and we will arrange a towing service.
  (*The cost of repairing damaged tires, the cost of new tires and labor, and the cost of in-vehicle repair kits are paid by the customer.)

• If towing service is required after an accident, the shipping fee within 50km will be free of charge. Each subsequent 1KM will be calculated as 1,000 YEN. The distance will be announced by the towing company.

car trapped

• If your car is trapped due to personal behavior, please contact us immediately, for example: the car partially fell into a ditch, etc. Relevant costs shall be borne by the customer.

Lost car key

• If you lose your car key, please contact us immediately and we will arrange a locksmith service. Relevant costs shall be borne by the customer.

If you park illegally or speed on the road, law enforcement officers will issue you a ticket. You need to go to the nearby police station to complete the procedures and pay the fine.

If you fail to go to the police station to complete the formalities and pay the fine as directed before returning the car, we will charge you double the amount of the fine as additional administrative fees.

The tenant is responsible for keeping the vehicle properly locked. Do not leave valuables in the vehicle when it is parked.

In the event of vehicle loss or theft, the tenant should notify us immediately and report the incident to the local police. We will assist you with the relevant procedures.

Rental fees are payable upon booking. We accept credit card and cash payments.

Any unpaid fees will be considered overdue and will incur late fees and interest.

Any disputes or disagreements shall be resolved through friendly negotiation as far as possible. We will do our best to assist in resolving any disputes.

If no agreement can be reached, the case shall be submitted to the local court for resolution.
